A Custom Form collects extra information from carers outside the enrolment application. Schools build each form in EnrolHQ. Common examples include consent forms, medical updates and interview documents.

Custom Forms connect to EnrolHQ’s standard workflow tools to support school productivity and compliance. Each form supports:

Carers open Custom Forms on the Enrolment Dashboard. Each form displays the school’s branding and a flow indicator in the side menu.

Many schools make Custom Forms mandatory before carers accept an offer. All paperwork is then complete before acceptance and payment.
