Once your school is live on EnrolHQ, our Professional Services team can support you as your needs evolve — new staff, new campuses, new processes, or simply a reset to make sure you're getting the most out of the platform.
We can review your current setup, update your configuration to current best practice, and make sure your EnrolHQ keeps pace with everything that's been released since you first went live.
Hands-on review and training
Whether you want someone in your office for the day or a structured remote program for new staff, we've got you covered. Both options are led by a Senior Trainer with deep experience as a school registrar. We work through the platform as if we're a family applying: submitting enquiries, progressing applications, conducting interviews, and issuing offers — while your team works the staff side in parallel.
On-site Training
- Identify friction points in your day-to-day workflows
- Make configuration and process recommendations on the spot
- Grounded in how other EnrolHQ schools actually operate, not theoretical training
Plus flights and 1 night accommodation per day of training if outside Sydney CBD.
Remote Training
- Structured re-training for admissions staff who weren't part of the original onboarding
- Covers the full admissions journey from both the parent and staff perspective
- Delivered as 8 × 1-hour remote sessions
Additional setup after onboarding
Opening a new campus or rolling out an additional form for re-enrolment, scholarships, or applications often comes well after onboarding. If your team would rather not take it on, we'll handle the configuration for you.
Additional Campuses
- Expanding EnrolHQ to additional campuses after go-live
- Includes campus configuration, workflow alignment, and communications and form routing
Additional Forms
- New forms after onboarding — international applications, scholarships, bursaries, or other custom admissions workflows
- We scope, build and configure these as required
Sync & data
We move a lot of data for a lot of schools. One-off imports, full Sync rebuilds for a new SIS, and mapping changes after go-live are all part of what we do.
Data Imports
- Where data imports weren't included in the original proposal, or new data needs to be imported post go-live
- Covers data verification, formatting, and importing — including applicant data, current students, and family records (for sibling connections)
Sync Setup — New SIS Migration
- Switching to a new Student Information System such as Compass, Sentral, or Veracross
- We set up the new Sync integration from scratch — mapping fields, configuring data flow, and validating the connection before go-live
Sync Updates
- Changes to sync mappings after go-live — uploading new forms to different UD areas, mapping new fields, additional data points
- Charged on a time and materials basis
