Staff move on. New registrars join who weren't part of the original setup. A second campus opens. The school switches Student Information Systems. Training: when your team needs a reset
Whether you have new staff who missed the original onboarding, or you simply want to make sure your whole team is working the platform the way it was designed to be worked, we offer both on-site and remote training options.
Both are led by a Senior Trainer with real registrar experience – someone who's been on your side of the desk. The approach is hands-on: we work through the platform as if we're a family applying, while your team handles the staff side in parallel. You'll leave with a clear picture of where your current setup is working well and where there's room to tighten things up.
Configuration: new campuses and new forms
If your school is expanding with a new campus, a new entry pathway, a scholarship or bursary application, etc., we'll help you with the configuration. Adding campuses and building new forms after onboarding is well-trodden ground for us.
Data & sync: when your systems change
Moving to a new Student Information System is a significant project. If your school is switching to a supported SIS, we'll rebuild the sync integration, mapping fields, configuring the data flow, and validate the connection before anything goes live. We also handle one-off data imports and mapping updates when your needs shift after go-live.
