Synergetic Futures to EnrolHQ Import
This page covers two things: which Synergetic fields import to EnrolHQ for future students and how schools confirm the import landed correctly once EnrolHQ has run it.
Overview
The import only pulls Synergetic future records and their default application (aka preferred application) which has a Synergetic status that's mapped to EnrolHQ such as Application, Enquiry, Finalised, Place Offered and Waitlist.
Records with a Synergetic status that have SynergyMeaning of "CANCELLED" can't be imported.
The field mapping below only applies to Synergetic Future student records.
How the Import Process Works
EnrolHQ contacts the school's IT department to prepare the Synergetic REST API. Further details of this process can be found here.
EnrolHQ then contacts the school's enrolments team to confirm the cohorts and Synergetic statuses (e.g. Synergetic "A - Application Made" to EnrolHQ "Application for Enrolment") to be included in the import.
EnrolHQ then runs the import and shares the results with the school.
How to Check a Field
For each field:
- Confirm the value in EnrolHQ matches Synergetic, with no blanks where Synergetic holds data.
- Report any discrepancies to EnrolHQ to investigate.

Content that Does Not Import from Synergetic to EnrolHQ
If a field doesn't appear in the tables above, it doesn't import to EnrolHQ. This is often due to Synergetic API permissions rather than an error. Get in touch with the EnrolHQ team to confirm.
The following doesn't import from Synergetic to EnrolHQ:
- Court orders
- Siblings of current students
- Documents
- Medical details
- Alternate year of entry
