Why webinars don't cut it
There's nothing wrong with a webinar for a quick feature walkthrough. But genuinely getting the most out of EnrolHQ – understanding how its configuration fits your school's workflow, your parent cohort, your specific quirks – isn't something a screen share can give you. It takes time inside your own system, with someone experienced beside you, working through your actual setup.
That's the gap EHUG development days are designed to close.
What EHUG is
EHUG (EnrolHQ User Group) is our in-person professional development program for enrolment and admissions teams.
You work directly inside your own school's EnrolHQ, with our team of expert trainers alongside you. No passive presentations, no distractions, just practical work that's live in your system before you leave.
Sessions vary each year as the platform grows, but you can expect deep dives across areas like:
- The enrolments dashboard – improving parent access and reducing login friction
- Email templates and selectors – understanding the difference between automations, marketing and transactional templates, and why that distinction matters
- Custom forms and waitlist management – using conditional logic, campus and student profile categories to save real time
- Automations – reducing follow-ups, removing bottlenecks, and letting EnrolHQ do the heavy lifting
- Settings and forms deep dive – form fields, parent dashboard behaviour, and configuration best practice
More than training
EHUG days aren't just about the platform. They're a chance to connect with enrolment and admissions colleagues doing the same work. The conversations that happen between sessions are often just as valuable as the sessions themselves.
It's professional development with something to show for it at the end of the day.
